How quotes work
Providers quote a fixed price or an hourly rate. Each quote has a valid-until date, and you compare them side by side before hiring.

- What does the provider subscription include?
- For $30 a month, providers can send quotes to the homeowners who invite them. Publishing a profile and receiving job invites are free, and there is no per-job commission.
- Do you take a cut of my quote?
- No. Providers pay a flat monthly subscription; the quote you agree on is between you and your provider.
- How do I pay for a job?
- Directly with your provider, per their terms. In-app payments are on the roadmap.
- What does it cost to post a job?
- Free.
- Can a quote change after I hire?
- Only if you both agree on a new quote.
